Egg Fried Rice

                          


It’s been ages since I have blogged, to be honest a lot has been going on and it was easier to push this part of my life aside. 

In an effort to get back into the swing of things I have an easy recipe for whoever still visits my blog. And just like my fashion style my cooking is also simple; easy but really good. 

Ingredients 
Leftover Basmati rice 
2 Eggs
Spring onion/Scallion
Olive oil
Salt to season 

Use a pan or wok for this, fry the eggs first then add they rice. Season with salt and garnish with the scallions then voila, easy meal under 10minutes.
